Everly 是一款陪伴长辈的语音应用。子女录一段自己的声音,长辈就能随时和这个声音说话。要做到这件事,长辈说的话必须送到几家外部服务商处理 —— 这份政策把这件事讲清楚。
Everly 的对话由几家外部服务商共同完成。它们会收到通话中的语音、识别出的文字、长辈档案与记忆要点,或用于克隆的声音样本 —— 取决于各自的用途。下表是完整清单,没有列在这里的第三方我们不会发送。

其中 MiniMax、DeepSeek、腾讯云、火山引擎的服务器在中国大陆,Soniox、ElevenLabs、Google 和 Resend 在美国。这些服务商各自适用自己的隐私条款,数据到达他们之后的保留期限由其条款决定。我们只使用其标准 API 服务,不会用你的数据训练我们自己的模型。
除上表外,我们只在法律强制要求时披露数据。我们不出售数据,不用于广告,不与数据经纪商共享。
同等保护。我们只接入其公开条款能为你的数据提供与本政策同等保护的服务商:数据仅用于提供我们所请求的服务,不会被出售、不会再转交给其他方、不会用于广告。这是接入上表任何一家的前提条件,我们持续以此要求。每一家只会收到其角色所需的那一部分——语音识别服务商收到的是音频,不是长辈档案;语言模型收到的是文字,不是声音样本。任何一家不再满足这一标准,我们会将其移除。
我们自己的服务器位于美国(亚马逊云 AWS,俄亥俄州)。你的账号、长辈档案、对话文字和声音样本存放在那里。
但这不等于你的数据只待在美国:通话过程中,音频和文字会实时送到上表的服务商处理,而 MiniMax、DeepSeek、腾讯云、火山引擎在中国大陆。也就是说,即使你和长辈都不在中国大陆(例如在香港或澳洲),通话内容仍会被传输到中国大陆处理,请在使用前确认你接受这一点。
App 内路径:我的账号 → 账号设置 → 删除账号,有两次确认。执行后我们会删除:账号、档案、全部对话文字、记忆要点、提醒、磁盘上的音频文件、头像。凡是服务商 API 支持撤销的克隆嗓音,我们会一并撤销;不支持 API 撤销的,我们会记录该删除请求并与服务商处理。
Everly 的核心功能离开这些处理无法运行,因此撤回同意等同于删除账号。

档案、提醒、记忆都可以在 App 内直接修改或删除。
只能克隆你本人的声音。未经本人同意克隆他人声音在多个法域属于违法行为。我们收到举报后会删除该嗓音,并可能停用相关账号。举报请发 hello@hello-everly.com。

Everly is a voice companion for older parents. An adult child records a short sample of their own voice, and their parent can then talk with that voice whenever they want. Doing this necessarily sends what the parent says to a small number of outside providers. This policy explains that plainly.
An Everly conversation is produced by several outside providers working together. Depending on their role they receive the speech audio during a call, the recognised text along with the parent's profile and memory points, or the voice sample used for cloning. The table below is the complete list; we do not send your data to any third party that is not on it.

Of these, MiniMax, DeepSeek, Tencent Cloud and Volcengine have servers in mainland China; Soniox, ElevenLabs, Google and Resend are in the United States. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms, and retention periods after data reaches them are set by those terms. We use their standard API services, and we do not use your data to train models of our own.
Beyond the table above, we disclose data only where legally compelled to. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with data brokers.
Equivalent protection. We only integrate a provider whose published terms give your data protection equivalent to this policy: it is processed solely to deliver the service we request, and is not sold, passed on to further parties, or used for advertising. This is a condition of integrating any provider listed above and we require it on an ongoing basis. Each provider receives only what its own role requires — a speech-to-text provider receives audio, not the parent's profile; the language model receives text, not the voice sample. We will remove any provider that stops meeting this standard.
Our own servers are in the United States (Amazon Web Services, Ohio). Your account, the profiles written for family, conversation text and voice samples are held there.
That does not mean your data stays in the United States. During a call, audio and text go in real time to the providers in the table above, and MiniMax, DeepSeek, Tencent Cloud and Volcengine are in mainland China. So even if neither you nor your parent is in mainland China — in Hong Kong or Australia, say — what is said on a call is still transferred to mainland China to be processed. Please make sure you accept this before using the app.
In the app: My Account → Account settings → Delete account, with two confirmations. This removes your account, profile, all conversation text, memory points, reminders, audio files on disk, and profile photo. Cloned voices are revoked at the provider wherever their API supports revocation; where it does not, we record the deletion request and process it with the provider.
Everly's core function cannot operate without this processing, so withdrawing consent means deleting your account.
Email hello@hello-everly.com and we will provide a copy of the data held under your account within 30 days.
Profiles, reminders and memories can be edited or deleted directly in the app.
Only clone your own voice. Cloning another person's voice without their consent is unlawful in a number of jurisdictions. On report, we will delete the voice and may suspend the account involved. Report to hello@hello-everly.com.
Before a conversation starts, the parent's screen states plainly that this is an AI companion their child made for them, that it uses their child's voice, and that it is not a real person.
Everly is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Traffic uses HTTPS/TLS, passwords are stored hashed, and login credentials are kept in the device's secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that it is.
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. For material changes to how data is used, we will notify you in the app and ask for consent again.
